全自動玻璃切割機(jī)給傳統(tǒng)的玻璃加工方式帶來便利，為企業(yè)的人工節(jié)約了很多成本。傳統(tǒng)的加工方式由兩個(gè)人工上片，玻璃從一個(gè)磨邊機(jī)出來后由一個(gè)人工轉(zhuǎn)片后進(jìn)入另一個(gè)磨邊機(jī)磨邊。進(jìn)入清洗機(jī)清洗后由兩個(gè)人工下片，這樣最少需要五個(gè)人工的介入，大大增加了企業(yè)的勞動成本。加工過程中由于人工介入較多，極易造成玻璃的劃傷，降低了產(chǎn)品的合格率。由于工作環(huán)境比較差，特別是夏天的時(shí)候，工作環(huán)境溫度甚至超過50℃，且由于玻璃較重易滑易碎，在操作人員不小心的時(shí)候，容易脫落摔碎，不僅造成財(cái)產(chǎn)損失同時(shí)也容易使操作人員受到身體傷害。這些問題給企業(yè)帶來了不必要的損失，而且給工人的人身帶來了傷害。全自動玻璃下片臺可以幫助企業(yè)解決這些問題。一整條的全自動玻璃生產(chǎn)線包括全自動玻璃上片臺，雙邊圓邊機(jī)(1#)，轉(zhuǎn)片臺(直線吸盤型、直線斜輥型、直角型)，雙邊圓邊機(jī)(2#)，清洗機(jī)和全自動下玻璃片臺組成。玻璃由自動上片臺自動吸片至輸送臺，輸送至1#雙邊圓邊機(jī)，玻璃自動定位磨邊后，進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)片臺將玻璃旋轉(zhuǎn)90度后快速到達(dá)2#雙邊圓邊機(jī)，玻璃自動定位磨邊后直接進(jìn)入清洗機(jī)，清洗干燥完成后由全自動玻璃下片臺將玻璃直接放上玻璃架。這樣的全自動生產(chǎn)線簡單、獨(dú)立，操作簡單、方便，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中既節(jié)約了成本，也提高了工作質(zhì)量。
